When will the Spring Warehouse be taking place?

The sale will begin the morning of March 4th and end March 6th at 11:59PM CT.

Will the sale be available online?

Yes, the Spring Warehouse Sale will be offered online only. While the sale happens, the shop will remain open during its usual hours (Monday–Friday, 10AM–5PM).

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sale pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How long will my order take to ship?

Due to the higher order volume during the sale, shipping times may be longer than usual. Our warehouse team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

If you don’t see a shipping update within a few days, no need to worry — we’re still processing it. We truly appreciate your patience during this busy time!

Can you combine orders?

Yes! If you’re located in the U.S. and your combined subtotal (before taxes) is $125 or more, we’re happy to combine orders. 

For our international customers, we’re unfortunately unable to combine orders at this time, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I use an affiliate discount code with the sale?

Affiliate codes cannot be combined with sale pricing.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@neuflora.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed.

Can I search by size during the sale?

Yes! You can filter by size directly on our website to make shopping easier.

Will all sizes be available?

Size availability will vary by style. Some pieces will have more size options than others.

Will you be adding new items during the sale?

All sale items will be available right at 10 AM CT.
